We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, is damaged, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes.

You can change or cancel your order in a period of 24 hours after placing the order. After that period, we will proceed with the shipping process as ordered. No changes or cancelations can be made after shipping has occurred.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone since we have the delivered confirmation of your product , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You should share a picture/video of the damage or wrong item in order to request a refund/return or exchange of the product without this evidence we can not guarantee a refund/return or exchange of the product .
Additional non-returnable items:
If you choose a different size that it is not according to our size chart.
Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Face masks cannot be returned or refunded once packaging has been opened due to health protection reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Some transaction costs may be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Some products have a Free Shipping Return, for the others you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Products must be returned within 15 business days of receiving your order.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process!
Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a GIGA STORE item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not GIGA STORE We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!
